Purchases

When purchasing a home the best place to start is by getting pre-qualified to buy. That way you know up-front how much you can spend on your purchase. Once you are prequalified and have selected a home we set up an appointment either at our office or where ever is convienant for you. At this appointment you will fill out a loan application and provide our staff with income verification, asset verification and property information. Once we have collected all your data the loan process usually takes about 3-4 weeks from start to finish.

Refinances

When you refinance a home you can either do a cash out refinance or a rate/term refinance. After you have selected what type you want to do the process is very similar to a purchase. We set up an initial appointment at a location of your choice. At this appointment you will fill out a loan application and provide our staff with income verification, asset varification and property information. Once all data is collected the refinance process usally takes about 3-4 weeks.
